This version of the PowerBook board is pretty basic. No diodes, no multi-legged ICs.
Always do the SMD parts first. Those resistors over by the MicroSD are impossible to get to after the blue pill is soldered down.
Resistors used here are 0603, quite small. Hot air and solder paste is the best way to solder down all these things. Try not to overheat the MicroSD slot, it has plastic parts that can melt (though I’ve never melted one).
The capacitors must be oriented property, notice the square edges in the silkscreen vs the notched corners. Line those up properly or the capacitors will likely be damaged.
The Blue Pill must also be oriented properly. Its USB port needs to go by the ‘USB Here’ silkscreen label.
After installing all the SMD parts, the remaining through-hole pieces should be pretty self-explanatory. Be sure to point the SCSI connector the right way, and note the missing pin. It’s 9 up from the bottom, as shown in the picture below. That pin needs to be removed so that the connector will plug into your PowerBook.
