Who we share your data with

When making a purchase from the Shop, all relevant information for the sale (including name, email address, shipping address, payment information, payment identifiers, etc) will be shared with the payment processor. The payment processor will store this information according to their terms and conditions.

Shipping processors such as PayPal, Shippo, and others will be used to fulfill your order. You agree to the sharing of your data with shipping partners by placing an order on this site.

How long we retain your data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

Information related to Orders placed in the Shop is retained for up to 6 months. If you make an Account in the Shop, data related to your Account is retained for up to 1 year of inactivity (meaning no login or purchase has occurred in that time). Guest checkout is supported and encouraged to avoid longer term storage of personal data. Order information is retained for warranty purposes.

Third party payment processors will store your data according to the terms of their privacy policies.

What rights you have over your data

If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

Necessary payment information in the Shop is transmitted to the payment processor.

Information for shipping is sent to shipping partners such as Shippo, PayPal, etc.
